She is survived by: her husband Ralph Edward Vail Jr.; her children, Florence Ann Vail (Gary Schaeffer), Norman Edward Vail (Kathy), Charles Thatcher Vail (Teresa) and Patricia Louise Vail (Terry Dunn); her grandchildren, Tory Ann Louis (Dai), Brittany Elizabeth Vail, Matthew Ralph Vail, William Ralph Louis and Braxton Charles Vail; her great grandchild Dayton Alexander Donley; her stepgrandchildren, Denise Salonga (Sean), Geoffrey, Douglass, Bradley, Michael Baker, Shanae Weber, Tyson Garner, Jillian and Paul Lozanoff; and her siblings, Patricia Thatcher Kenyon (James) and John H. Thatcher (Beth). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
