He is survived by: his father Lyle Dowd; his wife Andee Dowd; his children, Jennifer Patterson, Shawn Dowd (Nicole), Jody Day (Michael), Poncho Reno (Tami) and Robert Kemper (Emily); his grandchildren, Brittanie Dowd (Corbin Fitzgerald), Carlee Dowd, Kent Flower, Garret Day (Megan), Dalton Day (Caroline), Jessie Morgan (Brandon), Gaige Tefertiller, Dalys Tefertiller, Abigail McKlem, Hunter McKlem, Breanna McKay (Keith), Dakota Reno, Tristan Kemper and Cauy Kemper; and his siblings, Donnie Dowd (Judy), Jerry Dowd (Bobbie), Stanley Dowd (Juree), Carol Rider (Lynn) and Bobbie Jean Hunyadi. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Family Worship Center (3800 Parker Blvd, Pueblo, CO 81008). A reception was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM.
