She was predeceased by: her parents, Ottie London and Phillip Schleich. She is survived by: her children, Phillip Jubic Jr. (Kathy), John Jubic (Lorraine), Martin Jubic and Vanessa Jubic; her grandchildren, Laura Leewaye (Andy), Philip A. Jubic (Domenica), Ricki Andreatta (Brian), Lauren Stevenson, Janean Jubic-Zenz (Haleigh), Sean Jubic (Jillian), Heather Richardson (Sergio), Vanessa Jubic, Maisyn Jubic and Rhylie Jubic; and her brothers, John London (Elaine) and George "Butch" London Sr.. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Leontine's name to Cattail Crossing Pueblo West Metro District Parks and Recreation.
