She is survived by: her husband John Tafoya; her daughters, Valerie Radford (Curtis), Cindy Backus (Don), Jeanette May (Dan) and Althea Salgado; her grandchildren, Twila, Celeste, Jonathan, Starla, Nicholas, Janae, Jacob, Elianna and Gabriel; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Nevaeh, Azariah, Maggie and Cypress; and her siblings, Lee Carrasco, Wilfred Carrasco (Annie) and Celia Sanchez (Bill). She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
