We announce the death of Linda M. Chavez of Pueblo, Colorado, who passed away on July 2, 2026, at the age of 89. Linda will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph "Toby" Chavez; her son Everett S. Chavez; her parents, Salvador Santistevan and Eloisa Santistevan; her siblings, Billy, Ruben, Robert, Joe, Louie, Ruth, Emily and Leroy; and her in-laws, Mary and Everett Chavez.
She is survived by: her children, Edrick Chavez (Yavonne), Cathy Pacheco and Natalie Chavez; her grandchildren, Christen (Sisto), Cassandra, Corey, Everett and Janelle (Delina); her great great grandchildren, Joseph, Heaven, Nevaeh, Renesmae, Julian and J'Zayden; and her sister Lillian Barela. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
