She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Ortega, Rio Ortega (Merrissa) and Shantel Ortega (Ben Peralta); her grandchildren, Ezekial, Ryan, Ryle, Rio Jr., Salvador, Ben, Ezra and Azyla; her mother Susan Cruz (Loyd); and her siblings, Phillip, Thomas, Sal and Jessie.
