She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe Garbiso and Bernice Garbiso; her sister Marie Pacheco (Phillip); and her daughter-in-law Jennifer Tibbs. She is survived by : her husband Robert Tibbs; her sons, Robert (Terri) and Sean Tibbs; her grandchildren, Brittany Stadterman (Joe), Brooke Hallweaver (Curtis), Cole Tibbs (Sara), Taryn and Nick Tibbs; her great grandchildren, Landon, Mason, Ella Rae, Sloane and Hallie; her siblings, Connie Lumpka (Steve) and Leroy Garbiso; and her aunt Nora Carlson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Church of the Nazarene (84 Stanford Ave, Pueblo, CO 81005).
