She was predeceased by: her parents, Andreita Montoya and Jose Montoya; and her husband Jack M. Van Matre. She is survived by: her children, Alan Van Matre (Evelyn), Vickie Van Matre (Henry Lopez) and Lyle Dean Van Matre (Geneva); her brother Ernest R. Montoya (Jackie); and her siblings-in-law, Bobby Van Matre (Betty), Joan Musso (Don) and Marie Van Matre. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Sangre de Cristo Hospice, 1207 Pueblo Blvd Way, Pueblo, CO 81005, would be appreciated.
