She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony and Evelyn; and her son Michael Shawn Thompson (Rhonda). She is survived by: her sons, Carl "Chip" Thompson and Cory Thompson (Kelly); her daughter-in-law Rhonda Thompson; her granddaughters, Keriann Hahl (Brendan) and Memphis Thompson; and her brother Anthony "Dave" David Chadwick, Jr.. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
