She was predeceased by: her son Robert Ramirez; her great grandchild Amara Vigil; her parents, Samuel Mares and Mary Mares; and her siblings, Marcella Madril, Marina Mondragon, Bertha Lucero, Leonard Mares and Gilbert Mares.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Pacheco (Albert), David Mares, Michelle Roybal (Raul) and Randy Ramirez; her grandchildren, Renee (Alex), Jesse, Julio (Melissa), Rico (Amanda), Andrew, Emma, Joey, Kayla (Angelo) and Julian; her great grandchildren, Catrina, Yolanda, Samantha, Christopher, Sammie, Justin, Anthony, Olivia, Jesse Jr., Jeremiah, Jovanni, Joel and River; her great great grandchildren, Christopher, Liliana, Cataleya, Adrian, Edward and Oliver; her siblings, Sylvia Trujillo, Cecilia Roque and Romolo Mares; and her close friend Dottie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
