He is survived by: his wife LeeAnn; his children, Gary Withnell (Lois), Carmen Neevel (Bob), James Withnell (Naomi), Vickie Hartley (David Haakana) and Bret Withnell (Jamie); his sisters, Verla, Viola and Della Mae; his grandchildren, Madison, Xander, Xoe Withnell, Amy Wolfe (John), Rachelle Schmitz, Nick Withnell, Emily Twedt (Sam), Krista Hartley (Jesse), Jaymie Hartley, Jayson Hartley (Samantha), Andrea Dobblemann (Mike) and Mike Withnell (Lydia); and his great grandchildren, Kailey Wolfe, Bryce Wolfe, Colton Schmitz, Jaxon Schmitz, McKenzie Schmitz, Lexi Schmitz, Lauren Withnell, Leo Withnell, Miles Dobblemann, Lacey Dobblemann, Nora Twedt, Bryn Twedt, Eden Twedt of Wyatt Twedt, D. J, Austin Hartley, Emma Hartley, Reign Hartley, Mason Hartley and Brody Hartley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
