He is survived by: his wife Linda Spady (Wilson); his children, Mark Spady, Kimberly Varner (Wayne), Brenda Martin (J. D.) and Samantha Hill (Patrick); and his sister Beverly Spady. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
