She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorean Mendrek and Stanley Mendrek; and her siblings, Raymond Mendrek and Betty Kimbrel. She is survived by: her husband Carmen Stephen Port; her sons, Glen Port (Lauri), Alan Port (Pam) and Ross Port (Layla); her grandchildren, Cristopher Port (Ashley), Andrew Port, Katie Port (Eric), Sarah Gallina (Brian) and Victoria Murdock (Thatcher); her brother Michael Mendrek; her sibling's children, Andrea Crespin (Kirk) and Nick Kimbrel; her great-niece Abigail Reeks (Dawson); and her great-nephew Shawn Propst.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Sangre De Cristo Hospice, 1920 Valley Dr., Pueblo, CO 81008 or the Pueblo Humane Society, 4600 Eagleridge Place., Pueblo, CO 81008.
