She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Rankin and Connie Rankin; her husband Norm; her children, Dan Carroll and Conni Serr; and her granddaughter Stephanie.
She is survived by: her son Tim Carroll (Jill); and her grandchildren, Kimber Dudley (Darwin), Terice Grigg, Matthew Serr (Jenna), David Serr (Michelle), Paula Murdock (Seth), Andrew Carroll and Jacob Carroll (Ruthann). She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Mustard Seed, Twin Falls Animal Shelter, or Charity of your choice.
