Riggs; his grandmother Frances Clyne; his parents, Pamela L. Riggs (Torres) and Rick V. Riggs (Laura); his siblings, Ricky J. Riggs (April) and Bonnie I. Sargent (Brian); his father-in-law Manuel Ruiz (Nancy); and his siblings-in-law, Manuel Ruiz (Liana), Delilah Phillips (Jacob) and Felicia Ruiz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and he had many extended family members and friends.
