He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Colleen Phelan, Fred and Carol Feltault. He is survived by: his wife Markie; his children, Emma, Dane and Wade; his parents, Mona Phelan and Tom Feltault; his sisters, Jennifer Billings (Jeff) and Lauren Otteman (Carl); and his nieces and nephews, Evan, Grace Billings, Lila and Reid Otteman. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
