He is survived by: his former wife Martha Hernandez; his children, Natalie Hernandez-Johnson (Dwyanne Jr), Renee Madrid (Fred), John Hernandez (Mindie), Michelle Washington (Frederick), Carla Green (Scott), Reyes Hernandez (Jessica) and Rick Hernandez; his grandchildren, Dominique, Santiago, Dwyanne III, Matthew, Christopher, Joshua, Jenesis, Jozlyn, Hope, Luke, Marissa, Contessa, Tiaressa, Ynessa, Danessa, Allyssa, Britney, Gabriel, Emiliano, Taylor, Juliet, Juan, Jordan and Beyonce; and his brothers, Jess Hernandez and Victor Albo. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family.
