He was predeceased by: his wife Genevieve Lipp (Patricia Conci); his son Kevin Lipp; his granddaughter Nicole Elyse Whitley; and his great grandchild Koan Karter. He is survived by: his son Kelly Lipp (Laura Buckley); his granddaughter Ashlie Petronaci; and his great grandchild Juniper Petronaci.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Montgomery & Steward Funeral Chapel (1317 N Main St, Pueblo, CO 81003).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to Sangre de Cristo Community Care Hospice, (1920 Valley Dr., Pueblo, CO 81008) whose compassionate support helped guide Richard's final days.
