He was predeceased by: his parents, James Trevithick and Grace Trevithick; and his grandson Kris Lohrmeyer. He is survived by: his spouse Creta Trevithick; his daughters, Karen Alexander (Dave) and Lori Lohrmeyer (Dan); his grandchildren, Matthew Alexander (Halie), Sarah Alexander (Johnny), Ashley Lohrmeyer (Tim) and Seth Alexander (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Westan Guerra Alexander, Clark Alexander, Lily Alexander and Scarlett Alexander. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
