He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hawkins Juniel; his children, Marcus (Maria), Rolando (Gaylynn Brown) and Sonja; and his siblings, Hanna Lou Phelps (Earl), Charles Edward (Marty) and Bill (Earlon). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and many friends.
