He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Neola; his children, Cathy Witt (John), Ellen Cornett (Mike), Ralph Lewis (Elizabeth) and David Lewis (Julie); and his parents, Robert O. Lewis and Esther Lewis. He was also cherished by Eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
