He is survived by: his spouse Leslie Chavez of Pueblo; his grandson Toby; his daughter Lauren Elizabeth Emory (Paul Bousquet); his grandson Tobias Jacob Billings-Emory; and his siblings, Beverly Heaston (late Harold) of Pueblo, H. Bud Emory (Sharon) of Aptos, CA, Sheryl Beard (Bobby) of Cincinnati, OH, Carolyn Majeske (James) of Meridian, ID, Joy Hawkins (Ronald) of Fort Wayne, IN and Terry Bremer (Thomas) of Pueblo West. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
