He was predeceased by: his mother Evie Nell Harty (Bell); and his brother Michael Anthony Harty. He is survived by: his father Elza Wilkes Harty of Lufkin; and his sister Faith Harty Jones (Phillip) of Fort Worth. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
