He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Portillos and Marcita Grine. He is survived by: his wife Priscilla; his sister Theresa Lucero; his pet Gabriel; his children, Darlene, Kevin, Frank, Kara and Sheri; his grandchildren, Kevin, Niki, Sean, Sonny, Troy, Denise, Michael, Michelle, Karey, Angie, Travis, Carleah and Julie; and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Jack, Joey, Avery, Annabelle, Kayden, Addison, Caroline, Kael, Kash, Miel and Braxton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
