She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph James Kurzak and Genevieve Cecilia Mycka; her brother Tom Kurzak; her siblings-in-law, Jack Gould, Tom Distefano, Clarence Jorgensen and Rose Jorgensen; her nephew Bob Jorgensen; John Vincent Distefano.

She is survived by: her children, Deanna Thompson (Jerry) of Parker, CO, Don Distefano (Sally) of Peyton, CO and Mike Distefano of Castle Rock, CO; her sister Carol Gould; and her sisters-in-law, Arlene Distefano and Phyllis Kurzak.
