It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Norman Baillie (Pueblo, Colorado), who passed away on September 24, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Baillie and Jean Baillie (Johnson); his wife JoAnn Thorburn; his sister Kay Fisher of Powell, Wyo.; and his close friends, James and Saundy Sullivan.
