He was predeceased by: his father John "Tildo" Hernandez; his brothers, David Hernandez and Leroy Hernandez; his father-in-law Leo Montoya; and his grandmothers, Irene Chavez and Connie Moreno.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Hernandez; his children, Ashley Espinoza, Jonathan Montoya (Beth), Isaac Montoya (Chasity) and Gabrielle Gutierrez; his grandchildren, Julian, Isaac Jr., LaRay, Talia, Zatanna and Geronmio; his mother Emilia Hernandez; his siblings, Teddy Hernandez (Debbie), Veronica Baca (Dennis), Christine Benson (Troy), Lillian Arellano (Robert), Pete Montoya and Antonia Albo (Albert); and his goddaughter Evy Albo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
