She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Ziemer and Shirley Ziemer; and her brother Dennis. She is survived by: her husband Randy Hamlett; her children, Jason Hamlett (Shannon), Jeremy Hamlett (Kristine) and Jordan Zieff (Mike); her grandchildren, Cooper, Marley, Reece, Brooks, Ryenne and Vaughn; and her brothers, Martin, Craig (Deb) and Kirk Ziemer.
In lieu of flowers, Karen's wishes were to have donations sent to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
