He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Douglas and Judy Howard; his child Cali Rae Douglas of Vernal, Utah.; and his granddaughter Daesia Simper. He is survived by: his stepfather Don Howard; his siblings, Kelly Douglas, Kerry Douglas and Raymond Douglas; and his son Robert Eugene Douglas Jr. of Conroe. He is also survived by 4 step-children, 15 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, many aunts, uncles, niece and nephews.
