He is survived by: his brother Corky Folman; his wife Leona Hurst (Nubby) of Mancos, CO; his children, Shane Hurst (Lynn) of Mancos, CO and Crystal Hollingshead (Leif) of Cortez, CO; his grandsons, Derick Hurst (Shay) of Mancos, CO and Gary Hurst (Jamie) of Mancos, CO.; and his brother Wayne Hurst (Arlene) of Mancos, CO.
