He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Weiss and Jeanette Weiss; his mother-in-law Betty Berges; his brother Dwane; his sister-in-law Sandi Maahs; his brother Jeff Weiss; and his nephew Brian Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Lannie Jo Roth; his sons, Travis (Lauren) of Mount Dora, FL and Troy (Ashley) of Rifle, CO; his grandsons, Grayson and Henry; his sister Judy Heath (Alan) of Grand Junction, CO; and his aunt Mary Ann Stinnette of Imperial, NE. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Colorado Mountain College (3695 Airport Rd, Rifle, CO 81650). The family requests attendees RSVP to Judy Heath at 970-261-2880.
