She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Guy Cook and Arzala Cook; and her children, Kerry Richards (Mary Ann) of Yantis, TX, Jerel Richards (Jill) of Silt, CO, Rodney of Parachute, CO and Susan Slone (Gregg) of Parachute, CO.. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren and six great grand-children.

In lieu of flowers a donation to one of the children's hospitals would be appreciated.
