He is survived by : his son Bill Lowell; his wife Pam; and his children, Janice Hessel (Dave Kennedy), Brenda Salaz, Harvey Lowell (Jenni) and Shay Emery (Brandon). He is also survived by three grandsons, four granddaughters, and three great-grandsons.
