He is survived by: his wife Michele "Mickey" Krumanocker Lewis of Rocky Ford, Colorado; his sons, Shane Lewis (Cheryl) of Brush and Nick Lewis (Stacy) of Rocky Ford, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Wesley, Jace, Ryder, Anelise and Jaxon. He is also survived by his family, friends.
