He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Riemenschneider and Edna Riemenschneider; his wife Dollie Moyers; his siblings, Dewayne, Robert, Albert, Lawerence, Jackie Dean, Velma, Agnes and Carol; and his son Dennis Moyers.

He is survived by : his sister Phyllis Evans (Chris) of Lexington, Maryland.; his sisters-in-law, Lorene Riemenschneider of Redmond and Berniece Riemenschneider of Ordway; his stepchildren, Mike, Steve and Dale (Moyers); his aunts, Esther Riemenschneider, Elma Strever and Neice Kathy Estes; and his siblings-in-law, Laura and John Estes (Marvin Brommer). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bellwood Ustick Funeral Home (305 N 8th St, Rocky Ford, CO 81067). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Crowley Community Baptist Church (319 E 1st St, Ordway, CO 81033).
