He is survived by: his children, Courtney Starks (Joe Jez) and James Starks; his granddaughter Kayleigh Jez; and his siblings, Michael Starks, Roy Starks, Bob Starks, Joan Bumpus (John) and Margo Hayes (Joe). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
