We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2024, Richard Neal Baxter of Rush, Colorado, born in Ottawa, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Neal Baxter and Lois Baxter (Lister); and his brother Jim Baxter (Ann). He is survived by : his sister Marsha Dressel; his daughters, Emily Hawkins (Joe) and Megan Baron (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Natalie Baron, Kinsey Wysocki, Isabella Hawkins and Joey Hawkins.
