She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Thacker and Madelyne Thacker; her husband Jim Perkins; her son-in-law Craig Winslow; and her brother-in-law Dave Baker of Rye.
She is survived by: her children, James "Jimmy" Perkins (Brenda) of Elko, NV, Janet Winslow of Rye, CO and Shane Perkins (Bernie) of Canon City, CO; and her siblings, Charlotte Baker of Rye, CO, Romona "Monie" Lloyd (Allen) of Elko, NV and Norman Thacker (Joy) of Rye, CO.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
