He was predeceased by : his father David Whiteaker. He is survived by : his mother Shirely Whiteaker (Tadlock) of Denver, CO; his children, Jason Whiteaker of Howard, CO, Leah Bowbrewer (Apollo Brewer) of Fairplay, CO and Shelina Whiteaker of Coaldale, CO.; his brothers, Steve Whiteaker of Denver, CO and Scott Whiteaker of Canon City, CO; and his grandchildren, Kylie, Brinley and Apollo.
