He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Sanchez and Augustina Sanchez; his wife Evangeline Sanchez; his children, Joyce Sanchez and John Sanchez; his son-in-law Doug Soli; and his siblings, Leo, Paul, Levi Jr. and Shirley Archuleta.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Sanchez (Brenda), Patrica Sanchez and Laura Houston; his siblings, Gilbert Sanchez, Floyd Sanchez (Margie), Dorothy Mascarenas and Alice Sanchez; and his daughter-in-law Angelina Sanchez. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
