He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard and Wilma Shaw (Hays); and his sisters, Janell Milton, Laura Shaw and LaVonna Smith.
He is survived by: his son Derek (Karissa); his daughter-in-law Karissa Shaw; his close friend Beverly; his daughter Dana; his grandchildren, Lilly, Jaxon, Steven, Abbie and Bree of Texas; and his sisters, Sharon, Linda and Wanda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
