He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Heister (Wade) and Dorothy Heister; his brother-in-law Gary Gross; and his in-laws, Louis, Vera Luchetta and Bobbi Luchetta.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his sister Shannon Gross; his daughters, Debbie Gardunio (Mark), Connie Davis (Todd) and Billie Whitehurst (Steve); and his grandchildren, Kaiti Davis (Kory), McKayla Gardunio, Cole Whitehurst, Austin Gardunio (Jade), William Whitehurst, Kori Davis (Reece), Gunnar Whitehurst and Zeke William Whitehurst.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salida Elks Lodge BPOE 808 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Bill's memory.
