He was predeceased by : his parents, Jose Solomon Rodriguez and Josefita Chavez. He is survived by : his son Jaime Christopher Rodriguez; his grandsons, Iggi Naoh Rodriguez and Bazil Cain Rodriguez; his sister Evangeline Ann Garcia; his nephew Doug Livermore (Molly); and his niece Kelly Moffitt.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sangre de Cristo Catholic Parish (511 S Church Pl, San Luis, CO 81152).
