He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Dooley Toyne and Ellen Toyne of Sedgwick; his son Jason (Jan); his wife Sandra Tonga; his grandchildren, Jennifer and Flynt; his children, Charles Toyne, Forrest Toyne of Sedgwick and Katherine of Denver; his granddaughter Diana (Ben Zigterman); his brother David (Kris); and his great-aunt Jean Toyne of Sedgwick.
