He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sprouse and Betty Sprouse; his sisters, Marge (Bob) and Corrine (Jim); and his uncles, Cliff and Paul.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Missy, Lesley (Mike) and Trish (Mark); his grandchildren, Makayla, Blake, Raiden, Michael, Kivera and Alyssa; his sister Ginger (Warren); his nephews, Danny (Chalane) and Max (Sarah); his great-nephews, Dustin (Brenda) and Nico; and his great-niece Amanda (Chris).
