He is survived by: his wife Jamie Allen Eickhoff; his children, Casey Eickhoff (Rachel Allen) of Shawnee, CO and Kevin Eickhoff (Maya) of Arvada, CO; his brothers, Scott Eickhoff and Jeff Eickhoff of Houston, TX; his in-laws, Jim and Brenda Allen of Bailey, CO; and his brother-in-law David Allen (Debbie) of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and their children.
