He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Fulmer of Simla; his son Jeff Fulmer; his grandchildren, Todd Fulmer of Colorado Springs, Ryan, Jessica Fulmer of Simla, Lindsay of Simla and Eric; and his great grandchildren, Alex Katz, Emily Katz, Laney Fulmer, Easton Fulmer and Aubrey Fulmer.
