He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Galyon and Rachel Galyon (Simpkins); his siblings, Ennis Galyon, Claudine Aven and Betty Chaney; his stepson Cody Mayo; and his granddaughter Fancy Mayo.
He is survived by: his wife Sue of Holly, Colorado; his children, Stacy Sample of Edmond, Robin Galyon of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Don D. Galyon of Bella Vista, Arkansas; and his stepchildren, Lisa Cherry of Denver, Colorado and Monty Mayo of Springfield, Colorado.
