Gene C Lynn Obituary

We bid farewell to Gene C Lynn (Springfield, Colorado), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 15, 2025 at the age of 96. Gene touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Lynn and Clara S. Lynn (Charlotte Lynn); his daughter Kathy Shade; his grandson William Trent Ownbey; and his siblings, Jamie, Audie, Corenne Brennan, Minnie Bell Inklebarger, Ellen Simmons, Melva King, Terry Lynn, James Lynn and Bryon Lynn.

He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Lynn (Ritchie); his children, Rita Ownbey (Bill) of Kenny Lake, Donald Lynn (Emilia) of Lamar and Judi Lynn of Bowling Green; and his son-in-law Harvey Shade of Eads. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
