He is survived by : his friend Larry Duncan; his wife LuAnn Gale; his children, Blake Gale (Shuamay) and Jennifer Grutt (Ryan); his sister Leslie Stewart; his nephews, Bo, Todd, Rafe and Luke Hutches; and his grandchildren, Arlo, Peter, Anders and Lucy.
